The HBAMC Showcase Home continues to move forward as exterior elements and major systems are installed, bringing the project another step closer to completion. With roofing, soffit and fascia work, interior sheetrock, and HVAC systems underway, this phase represents a major transformation in both structure and functionality.

The Association is grateful for the skilled professionals whose workmanship and dedication made this progress possible. Husband Roofing provided expert roofing labor, while Bailey Lumber & GAF supplied high-quality roofing shingles supported by accessories from ABC Materials, ensuring durability and performance.
Exterior details were completed through the combined efforts of North American Siding, who handled soffit and fascia installation, and Moratos Construction, who provided painting and labor with precision and care. Interior progress continued with Interior Exterior completing sheetrock installation, helping define the home’s interior spaces.
